Your 10:00 recall is seated and the full mouth is yours — both arches of the real product chart, every tooth, every value, at the exact proportions clinicians see in the operatory. Probe depths, recession, mobility, findings: each edit you make flashes back the same instant feedback.
Say it — or just type it
Speak and the scribe writes: perio values and findings land on the chart, everything else weaves into the note as you go. No microphone? Type straight into the note, and chart by typing in the chart’s own cells. Mic mode uses your browser’s built-in speech recognition — in most browsers that audio is processed on the browser maker’s servers. Typing never leaves this page.
End it — an agent files it
End the appointment and the note, aftercare, and claim compose from what you actually did. Then watch a visible agent cursor cross the desktop into the practice-management window, fill the perio grid with the values you charted, and file the claim — those are your numbers.
