Questions

Frequently asked questions

How does billing work?

Starter is free, with no card required. Professional and Enterprise are billed either annually or monthly — annual billing saves $240 on Professional and 20% on Enterprise. Prices are in USD, and Enterprise is priced per seat.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and your notes and documents remain in your PMS — they were written there all along.

Does Rebrief work with my practice management system?

Rebrief operates inside the PMS you already run — including Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Curve Dental, CareStack, Denticon, tab32, DentiMax, ABELDent, and Epic. There is no migration and no second system of record.

How is my data handled?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per clinic, and never used to train models. The Bridge — the component that operates your PMS — runs on-premise, and PHI never persists in cleartext. See our Security page for the full picture.
