Rebrief Fellowship

A clinician-led program shaping the future of intelligent dentistry.

Dentistry is changing. Rebrief is putting clinicians at the center of that change.

The program

What the Fellowship is

The Rebrief Fellowship is an application-based professional network for forward-thinking dental professionals who believe clinical documentation should be intelligent, effortless, and evidence-aware.

Fellows receive complimentary access to Rebrief, advance through recognition tiers, and unlock educational and publication grants by helping peers adopt modern clinical workflows — and by sharing real-world insights from their own practices.

Fellows contribute through

  • Peer-to-peer education
  • Real-world clinical insight
  • Scholarly writing and presentation
  • Thoughtful adoption of intelligent documentation tools

The path

How it works

  1. 01

    Apply

Joining the Rebrief Fellowship is application-based, with instant approval for eligible clinicians. This step ensures the Fellowship remains professional, credible, and clinician-driven.

  2. 02

    Become a Junior Fellow

Once accepted, you can begin referring colleagues to Rebrief. For every colleague who signs up — free or paid:

    • You receive 1 free month of Rebrief
    • You earn Junior Fellow status
    • You maintain complimentary access as long as referrals remain active
  3. 03

    Advance to Senior Fellow

With 10 successful referrals, you become eligible for Senior Fellow status and a $500 Rebrief Publication Grant. To receive the grant, you contribute back to the profession by either:

    • Authoring a short case study describing how you use Rebrief in your own practice; or
    • Authoring a write-up published in a dental journal, magazine, or professional blog
  4. 04

    Achieve Founding Fellow status

With 20 successful referrals, you unlock the highest level of recognition: Founding Fellow status, a $1,000 Rebrief Travel & Publication Grant, and prioritized custom feature requests. The grant is released on either:

    • Publishing a Rebrief-related article or case study in a local, regional, or national dental journal, print or online
    • Presenting a Rebrief case study, workflow talk, or clinical experience at a dental conference, study club, or departmental or society meeting

Referrals reward real advocacy — sharing Rebrief with peers who genuinely benefit from it. Submissions may be featured by Rebrief with full author credit, and Rebrief may optionally co-promote or support Fellowship presentations.

Integrity

A note on independence

The Rebrief Fellowship is built on transparency, academic rigor, and professional independence.

  • Fellowship grants support educational and scholarly contributions, not endorsements or promotional activity.
  • All Fellows are expected to clearly disclose Rebrief's grant support in any publication or conference presentation associated with Fellowship activities.
  • All content reflects the Fellow's independent clinical experience and professional judgment.
  • Grant eligibility and award amounts are reviewed case by case and subject to available Fellowship funding.

This program is designed to meet the standards of professional dentistry and academic medicine.
