Agent credits
Agent credits are your clinic's monthly allowance for Rebrief's agents. They pay for answers, documents and tasks. Transcribing and writing the note use minutes instead.
What uses agent credits
- Answers to questions you ask in the prompt bar, on Home or at the top of any page. Clinical questions answered with sources count too.
- Documents, forms and AfterCare summaries that Rebrief writes for you.
- Smart dictation's corrections.
- Tasks Rebrief does in your practice software through the Windows app.
As a guide, a clinical answer uses about 5 to 15 credits. A task in your practice software uses about 10 to 25. A task that fails costs nothing.
What uses minutes instead
Minutes cover the scribe. That means transcribing the appointment, writing the note and the checks End runs. Changing a finished note by highlighting it doesn't use credits either.
How many you get
| Plan | Agent credits a month |
|---|---|
| Starter | 200 |
| Essentials | 400 |
| Professional | 1,500 |
| Enterprise | 5,000, plus 1,000 for each seat |
Everyone in your clinic shares the same credits. They reset each month and don't roll over.
There's no way to buy extra credits on their own. A larger plan gives you more.
Where to see them
- In Settings, under Account, open Plan & billing. Agent credits used this period shows how many you've used, out of how many, and when they renew.
- While Rebrief works, a small line in the bottom-right corner shows the credits it just used and how many are left this month. On the appointment page, the same line sits in the header.
- When you ask in the prompt bar at the top of a page, its answer panel shows a star and the credits left. Point at it to see the month's total.
When they run low
A card appears in the bottom-right corner at 70% and again at 90% of the month's credits. It says how many are left and the day they renew.
- See plans opens the upgrade window. It names the next plan up and its price. Its upgrade button takes you to the plans page with that plan picked out.
- Not now hides that card for the rest of the month on this computer.
When they're used up
The card then reads Agent credits used up, and these things happen.
- Work that runs on its own stops until your credits renew.
- Work you start yourself gets a little room to finish, then stops too.
- After that, Rebrief says the month's agent credits are used up and points you to a larger plan.
- A task in your practice software doesn't start. The upgrade window opens instead, and nothing in your practice software changes.
The scribe keeps working, because it uses minutes. Your notes and charts stay open to you.
Minutes run out the same way
Cards for minutes come at 80%, at 90% and when they're used up. When minutes run out, Rebrief can't transcribe until they renew. Your notes, charts and appointments stay open to you.
