Signing in for the first time

There are two ways into Rebrief. Most people join through an invite from their clinic. You can also create an account for a new clinic.

If a colleague invited you

  1. Open the invite email and select its link. The Accept your invite page opens with your email filled in.
  2. Enter your full name.
  3. Create a password of at least 8 characters.
  4. Under Default notation, choose FDI or Universal.
  5. Under Default probing protocol, choose Maxillary first, Facials first or Custom order. Drawing a custom order needs a computer or tablet.
  6. Select Accept invite.

Rebrief makes your account, adds you to your colleague's clinic and signs you in. It opens on the Scribe page. Your clinic is already set up, so there's no setup form for you.

If the page says This invite link has expired or already been used., ask your colleague to send a new invite.

If the clinic has no free seats, the page says so. Ask the person who invited you to add a seat, then open the same link again.

An invite always makes a new Rebrief account. If the page says your email already has one, the invite can't be added to it. Ask your colleague to invite a different email address.

If you're setting up a new clinic

  1. Go to app.rebrief.ai. The card reads Welcome to Rebrief.
  2. Enter your email and select Continue.
  3. Under New to Rebrief?, select Create an account.
  4. Enter your full name and a password of at least 8 characters.
  5. Select Create account.

Rebrief sends you an email to confirm your address. Then a short setup form opens for your clinic. Completing onboarding walks you through it.

You can also select Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft on the first card. Both work for a new account too.

Signing in

  1. Enter your email and select Continue.
  2. Enter your password and select Log in. The eye button shows what you typed.
  3. If you set up two-step verification, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Then select Verify.

To use Google or Microsoft instead, select Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft on the first card.

For most people, Rebrief opens on Home.

Tip: No authenticator to hand? Select Use a recovery code on the verification card. Enter one of the codes you saved when you set up two-step verification.

Forgot your password?

  1. Enter your email and select Continue.
  2. On the password card, select Forgot password?. Rebrief emails a reset link to that address.
  3. Open the link. On Choose a new password, type a new password twice and select Reset password.
  4. Select Continue to login and sign in with your new password.

No email yet? Select Send again on the Check your email card.
