Managing your team

The clinic admin and an organization owner decide who can sign in to your clinic. They do it in one place, Team in Settings.

Open Team

  1. Open Settings from the rail.
  2. Under Clinic, choose Team.

Team only appears for the clinic admin and an organization owner. If you don't see it, ask your clinic admin.

What Team shows

  • Seats, on Enterprise only. It reads like 4 of 10 seats used.
  • Invite a colleague, where you send an email invite. The article on inviting staff covers each step.
  • Members, everyone who can sign in. Each row shows the person's email and role. The role reads Clinic admin or Member, and an owner's own row reads Organization owner.
  • Waiting to accept, the invites nobody has accepted yet. Each one shows the day it expires.

Remove someone who leaves

  1. In Team, find the person under Members.
  2. Press Remove.
  3. Confirm when Rebrief asks.

Their Rebrief login is turned off at once. They're signed out on every device and leave your clinic's list. Their appointments and notes are not deleted.

Remove is greyed out on your own row and on the clinic admin's row. To change the clinic admin, contact Rebrief through Help & support at the foot of the rail.

Note: A removed person can't be invited again with the same email address. Contact Rebrief if they come back.

Cancel an invite

Under Waiting to accept, press Cancel invite. The link in their email stops working.

Seats on Enterprise

On Enterprise, each person who can sign in holds a seat. Each invite still waiting holds one too. Removing someone or cancelling an invite frees a seat.

When every seat is taken, the invite form closes. A line under it says all the seats are in use, next to an Add seats button.

Add seats opens the Seats row in Plan & billing, one seat up. Press Update seats to buy it. Only the clinic admin can change seats.

  • Adding seats applies now. It's prorated, so you pay only for the rest of the period.
  • Removing seats takes effect at renewal. You can't go below the seats in use.

Other plans have no seat limit, and Team shows no seat count.
